"First Lesbian Kiss-In at LACMA", Suzette Zazueta, 2019/12/03

Zazueta: We are lesbians. This is the first lesbian kiss-in that happened in 1973 at LACMA, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. This poster has intrigued me ever since I started coming to volunteer at the Mazer. What’s the story behind this? I know there are people that are still alive who participated in the lesbian kiss-in–and with their help, we could find out the stories, and archive the stories, and connect those stories with this poster.
